What you need to do when you are at side of the road

Once you are in a safe location, where possible, please take full details of any other parties involved in the accident including;

• Address
• Contact number
• Any emergency services and witness detail

Providing you are comprehensively insured, we will be able to arrange and authorise repairs to your vehicle at one of our approved repairers. They will provide you with a courtesy vehicle and a 5 year guarantee on repairs.
