Named drivers
We cover the vehicle shown on your Gladiator policy, whether you or any of your named drivers are driving.
Message service
Don't worry if you need to let work or your family know you're running late, we're always happy to pass on a message or two for you.
Caravan and trailer cover
We recover caravans and trailers up to 8ft 3in wide and 3.5t in weight.
Lost or broken keys
If your keys are lost or broken we’ll transport your vehicle to the nearest garage or another location within 10 miles of the breakdown.
Misfuel assist
We'll either drain your tank or recover your vehicle to the nearest repairer if you misfuel. We'll also give you 10 litres of fuel to complete your journey.
Alternative transport
You'll get a hire vehicle (up to 1600cc) for up to three days to allow you to complete your journey.
Overnight accommodation
We’ll arrange overnight accommodation including breakfast for you and your passengers up to £150 per person (£600 total) while your vehicle is being repaired.
Electric Vehicles
Includes cover for electric vehicles.
How do I buy Breakdown Cover?
You can buy online with your insurance or speak to one of our friendly team on 0333 234 0196. If you add Breakdown midterm, your cover will start 48 hours after you've spoken to one of our advisors.
How the Breakdown Cover works
Once you have Gladiator Breakdown Cover set up on your policy, you can call for assistance whenever you need help. Our team will ask for your:
- Policy number
- Vehicle registration, make and model
- Location
- Phone number to stay in touch; we'll call or text you with information on who will be attending your breakdown and how long they'll be.
